Summer Slimsation Challenges

Weeks 6 Challenge: Attaining Goals
Last week you created your own time map of when you would like to achieve your ideal weight. In order to reach your goal weight, you must have a plan with specific steps of how you will get there. This week's challenge requires you to write down what you will do in order to achieve this goal.

Example:

1. Crank up fitness
M W F --> Weight training
M T W Th F--> Aerobics (60 minutes)

2. Follow the tracker and complete each component

3. When upset, write fast

4. Fridge must have good food everyday

5. Try anything new
