A: I definitely practice what I preach! When I was in my twenties, I used to weigh 40 pounds more, so I know what it is like to struggle with weight. I also find that as I get older I have to work harder and be more diligent in order to maintain my weight. There are no magic answers, but the three things that I do consistently are:
- Eat appropriate quantities of real food
- Exercise every day at a challenging pace
- Use journal writing as a part of my emotional wellness plan
